What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive at BuildNow, you’ll play a key role in building and expanding relationships with high-value clients while driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, engaging directly with key stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, and Managing Directors.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate sales leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Exceed sales targets by closing deals, negotiating contracts, and presenting BuildNow’s solutions to potential clients.
- Develop tailored proposals that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our BNPL products.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to drive impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within Finance, Fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and generating new business exceeding a 7-figure value.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent relationship management and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
