As we scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top-tier talent and build high-performing teams that will shape the future of fintech.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key player in sourcing and engaging the best talent to support Buildnow’s rapid growth. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to identify top candidates, build strong pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent in fintech, technology, and financial services using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of fintech and tech talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with accurate candidate data and insights.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process by maintaining professional and timely communication with candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or internal recruitment, ideally in a startup, fintech, or tech environment.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools to track and manage candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for fintech and an interest in hiring top talent for a high-growth startup.
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.
